As the lead for Developer Support, you are focused on enabling engineers around the world to build great conversational apps with Our team is responsible for supporting every developer, from the first question to their public launch. You’re comfortable getting hands-on with code, tracking issues, and 1:1 technical questions.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to solving problems, comfortable with technical questions, curious about the future of bots and conversational user interfaces, and is excited to join a fast past startup in the heart of Austin, TX.

Join our high-performance team to launch amazing APIs, great documentation, and samples that help customers be successful with Our approach allows Developer Relations to work directly with engineers and product owners to craft the best developer tools available in the market.


The ideal candidate will lead the following efforts for

  1. Developer Support: Troubleshooting for live bots on’s real time translation service
  2. Documentation: Bot translation, step by step guides for all platforms, draft docs for MML
  3. Bug Tracking: Issues that arise from doc writing and dev support will be filed in
  4. JIRA to track and complete follow up for open issues with our product.

What we are searching for:

Love helping others. Technical support / engineering background that loves helping other developers with new APIs and frameworks. You love when developers can resolve and close issues.

Enjoy teaching. Writing code, tutorials, and full apps, you know what developers need to get off the ground.

Willing to learn and adapt. You love REST APIs, and have a wide array of experience across technologies such as Python, Node, C/Java, PHP.

Result driven. Developer Relations Engineers handle many different types of projects during a day: Coding, Technical Support, Diagramming, API testing, app / bot prototyping. You are able to switch context and love to working on all these items.


  • Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). 
  • Background in development and debugging applications. 
  • Ability to work and communicate via email and phone. 
  • Experience with REST API, web sockets, and POSTMAN.
  • Examples of help desk, knowledge base, or technical documentation writing.
